First day of phase 3

So today was my first day of phase 3. For breakfast I had 3 pieces of sugar free bacon, 2 Omga-3 eggs and 1 egg white with bell pepper, onions, and tomatoes it was so good. For lunch I had a taco salad which was really good and it finally help me use the bathroom after 3 whole days. For dinner I will be having a rib-eye steak with some green beans. I am hoping tomorrow morning on the scale I don't gain any weight so wish me luck. I won't be having snacks thought, but I don't see how I could anyways since I haven't been hungry at all today. I will make sure to drink all my water today too. I hope my weight of 210.0 stays the same in the morning.
