My HCG just arrived today from ADC

So I just got my HCG in the mail today, so my question is do I have to refigerate it before mixing it, and what about my B-12 injections does that have to be refigerated also. Wasn't sure on that. I'm so glad it is finally here, I won't be starting until November 26th. What would be the best dose to start off at, cause this will be my first time on RX HCG injectables. I will be using corion 5000 iu, which 10ml of bacteriostatic water. I will be giving myself B-12 injections once a week IM, but seperately from the HCG injections, the HCG will be SQ.
