VLCD4 - Feel pretty good!

I woke up at four this morning and had to jump on the scales! Of course, I don't count that weight, but I had to check anyway! lol!! This diet makes it very easy to get out of bed right now!

I was down 1.6 this morning for a total loss of 4.7 lbs. in two actual days of dieting since my first VLCD just caught me up to my preload weight. After reading several of the posts on here, I'm wondering if I loaded well enough... but too late to do anything about that now. Unfortunately, I will be doing several rounds so I'll have time to change things a little next time.

My only setback yesterday was having to eat at 8:30 p.m. because a friend had come over. Of course, considering it's summer and my bedtime is about 1 a.m., it's not necessarily a late meal! lol! I am going to visit my dad today so I will plan my meals around my time over there because I certainly won't tell him about it!
