First I made a crust of 2T melted coconut oil and about a cup of almond meal--pressed it in the bottom of the springform pan One 8oz regular cream cheese 1/2 t. powdered stevia 1/2 c. full fat greek yogurt (whipped all of those fluffy then added...) 1 egg 1 egg white 1/2 t. cornstarch lemon zest 1/2 t. almond flavoring few drops vanilla liquid Stevia Whipped that all up fluffy then poured in the crust. Baked in a water bath for 50 min and then let it sit in the oven with the door open while cooling. Will put in the frig and let it cool all day then let you know how it tastes! The batter tasted tangy and sweet and lemony.
