    I don't know what's correct but I have always went with ounces. I never really count calories in p2. PandI never mentioned how much ur veggies should weigh. I would increase those to get to 500 if your concerned about the calories.

    No, I gain when I eat too much at a resturant OR too much sweets. It can even be p3 sweets. Usually if I have something sweet in the morning (fage or p3 muffin) it sets off my cravings and I basically eat sweet stuff all day like fruitw/ almond butter, p3 cheesecake, what ever I can get my hands on. Of course I gain when I eat gluten but the gluten is always in something sweet. (Like pancakes or a cinnamon roll) I ...

    Woke up to .5 loss!!!
    8:30 3eggs, 3bacon,mushroom,onion,tomato
    1c coffee w cream
    12:00 pre-packaged cobb salad-had lil bit of turkey, bacon bits,iceburg lettuce,boiled egg, blu cheese dressing
    3:00 LARGE DUTCH BRO, 1 ORANGE, 1/2C blueberries
    4:00 1/2 avacado chicken salad from yest, tuna mixed with mayo
    5:00-2-4oz steak
    8:00-3TB cocoa crack

  7. P3 daily food

    I am going to try to keep track of my food so I will know what causes me problems. Its day 2.
    Day 1:
    7:30-2 eggs, orange
    8:30- sm. dutch Bro sf mocha half 2% half cream
    12:30 3c salad, 1 tomato, 1 boiled egg, 4oz steak, blu cheese dressing
    4:00- 6oz or so of steak,coffee w/creamer sf chocolate syurp
    5:00- 6 strawberries
    6:00- 4oz or so chicke breast
    8:30-1/2 c chicken salad w/canned chicken,mayo,lettuce
    Up- .5LB
