On the rebound...

Um.... yesterday, I fell off the protocol wagon. I don't know what happened, what triggered it. It was just sad. God was gracious to me this morning, and I have been op all day. I was up 1.4 this morning.... but hope to lose it by Monday. Need to keep this thing in strong prayer, to keep me on program!

    This diet is tough....so it's very easy to fall off.....My objective is.....to think in terms of food choices.....so if I get weak....just eat more lean protein....so I'm satisfied and full.....500 calories is like starving....so its much better than giving in to what got me over weight in the first place.......the main thing is you're sticking and keeping with the program and journey. I just decided I was sick and tired of being sick in tired of excess weight.....so One Way or Another....I'm getting rid of it.......good luck to you!!!

    Be encouraged! Get up and keep moving forward! Can't worry about what happened today or yesterday...you can do all things through Christ who strengthens you! You can and will succeed!

    You're right about that! The first time I did this program (summer 2011) I read Made to Crave along with it. I need to get that book out again. This program gives me lots of reasons to pray!

    I found preparation to be key to the sucess, I do plan my meals 2 or 3 days in advance and always have snaks prepared if I have a weak moment, I rather fell of the wagon with healthy food. Keep the hard work and do not punish yourself for what happened.
