Weigh in: 123.4
I'm disappointed I'm only down .5lb since yesterday. I fear my "little cheats" are sabotaging my diet: stealing a corn chip while serving my children lunch, ignoring the canola oil ingredient in the baked green bean crisps, swiping a collard chip into the hummus... uggh...
I wonder how much these little transgressions really count; do they really make a difference? Would I have lost an extra .5 lb? Did my body kick up the metabolism sensing there was a forbidden food ingested? Did my drops turn off?
Who really knows? If this is the weight loss rate (.5/day), I'm ok with that, actually. Already, I'm starting to see more definition in my collarbone and my stomach is finally (mostly) flat. Now, if I could just convince the thighs to do their part...
