As long as you're within your 500 calories, the calories are where they should be.

Be careful mixing veggies, though! Or are they separate packs?

Yes they r green giant. I eat one spinach and one asparagus. I even think I come in under my calories unless I eat beef. I only have one fruit. I seem to be ok. I am just anxious to get to goal. Thank you for ur help.

Sounds like it should be fine then, as long as you're getting your protein in.

I've never had those, maybe I'll check them out at the store today. Are there any ingredients on the ingredients list aside from the veggies themselves?

Nope maybe some salt but they r steamers not canned. If I have a walmart food store the spinach is only a dollar which is wicked cheap.
