First strict day of phase 2.

It went pretty good. I wasn't starving all day like I thought I would be. I went to Zumba because Mondays class isn't as intense as the rest. Going to do body flow tomarrow. I do have to say that after exercising I was STARVING!!!!!

60 mins Zumba
1 Granny Smith apple
100g chicken and spinach
100g shrimp and asparagus.
Hope to seemy load weight gone.

Good luck everyone. Ps the hungry monster is at bay. Lol.

    Wow Raven, you didn't eat much. I end up eating both my fruits usually at one of my melbas. I am sure you will see a good loss today. I find it hard to keep up my former exercise routine, don't be discouraged if you have to slow down a bit.
