My HCG 40 Day Journey

Started my Mini Round!

Hello HCG World!
Today is the start of my 20 day mini round and this time i'm actually using real HCG. Last time i was just using amino acids. I don't know why i didn't use real HCG the first time. I didn't do my research enough and brought whatever i first saw! But i did do my research on this website actually and got some real HCG at a good price! Its from Nutri-Dyn and it was 25 dollars total. It also came to me in one day, so that was a plus.

With my last round i lost 13 pounds in 14 days and then stalled for 9 days! And i cheated throughout those 9 days here and there so everything was just wacked. So this time i want to start fresh, with the real stuff. I started at 191.4 and ended at 177.6 so i am proud of that. My goal for this round is to simply be in the mid 60's. So thats 12 pounds. Which i hope will be very easy. I would be very happy if i lost 17 pounds.

As far as the 500 diet goes, i do not think it is that hard at all. Since i did it before, i will be a champ at it during this round. I've also been doing jillian Michaels' work out videos and i love them.

    You doing drops, injections, etc??
    The minimum time on HCG is 23 days. That's the necessary amount of days to rest your hypothalamus.
    & I wouldn't work out hard either on this diet, that can backfire on you!

    In P2 HCG is making your body burn fat for energy.

    It takes more time to burn fat than muscle. Your body works harder and slower.

    When you do major exercise, your body automatically transfers water and any fat to support and protect your muscles.

    Your body will go looking for the fat to burn for energy, but that fat will already be in use. This will start a reaction where you go into starvation mode (you gain while your body hoards fat) - or you'll end up burning muscle to compensate (extreme weakness).

    So yes - working out can really mess things up with HCG.

    Do keep in mind that HCG causes fat to burn instead of muscle - so you will be more defined at the end anyhow - even without the work outs in P2.

    Hello Stacy unfortunately i did not have a good loading day. i threw up by the end of it. here's what i did
    Woke up to a multvitamin and b12 tablet and a weight loss tablet
    Had a bowl of cinnamon toast crunch at 7am
    went to work from 730 to 1030 had some graham crackers
    then 15 drops of HCG at 1230pm
    300 pm went to work and had ice cream sandwich bar and yogurt and couple animal crackers
    630 had 15 drops of HCG
    then 30 minutes later i felt extremely hungry! Had bad hunger pains like none other before. I ate some yogurt and grapes, a bowl of cereal and milk but i couldn't stomach it down! it made me feel extremely nauseous. then 20 minutes later i threw up
    What did i do wrong?

    I'm no doctor or professional but I would think it has to do with the pills in your system while consuming hcg. That is a NO NO!
    Do this right honey, follow protocol for the best overall results & longterm success!

    I think it was the pills. Thats what everyone seems to be saying. I just hope this works for me

    Yea I agree. Don't take any pills while on hcg. Follow protocol right & you will not fail! I was worried my 1st round too. I think we all are. You'll do great as long as you follow the rules

    Today i loaded without the pills and i feel just fine now. I hate loading days! Because i threw up yesterday i scared to put anything in my mouth! So, Im excited for phase 2 and starting the weight loss part of it.

    Honey you need to just enjoy loading. Don't be afraid. It wasn't the loading that caused your sickness. Very important to load right. Seriously eat so much your tummy hurts. Eat all day...
