My HCG 40 Day Journey

VLCD 2 only .4 loss

Hello HCG world
Today is day 2 and i only had a .4 loss but i know why. I had the wrong proportions of eggs. For breakfast i had 2 egg whites and 1 whole, and for dinner i also had 2 egg whites and 1 whole. So i think it was the fat from the yolk that made me not lose as much. Now i know its 3 whites and 1 whole. Other than that i completely followed protocol and had about a gallon of water. I've also noticed that i dont have alot of hunger. Today i will completely follow protocol.

    Eggs completely make me stall. I think you should stick to other protein that might help you.

    As far as eggs, Dr Simeons allows 3 egg whites with 1 whole egg as one of your proteins for people who can not eat fish or find the other approved proteins. I personally don't do sea food, but I do eat chicken & lean beef. I never have a problem finding my proteins so I've never had to eat eggs in replace of them. I've eaten eggs in P3 but not P2.

    .4 isn't terrible though. I've had days where I've only lost .2 but then the day after I lose more. It'll all come together in the end.

    Let me know how it goes. I don't follow Dr. Simeon's plan, I follow the plan that my clinic gave me and it doesn't allow whole eggs. I was informed that the yolk contained fats that will cause a stall. Just stay on your plan and see what the scale says tomorrow.

    I eat eggs sometimes because i don't want to use up all my chicken. HCG food is not cheap! lol I do hope my losses are greater though
