ive been stuck at the same weight for two days i go to the dr tomorrow. maybe he can help out. i havnt been cheating so i dont know whats going on.

    Sorry you're frustrated. I now it is a let down to be stalled when you are used to seeing the scale go down, down, down... day after day. I hear this is normal for a couple of days. Then all of a sudden the scale starts dropping again. If not, maybe try an apple day???? Have you been drinking enough water, just a thought. Hang in there

    It is very normal to stall or not lose much after the first week, even while staying perfectly on protocol. It is your body trying to catch up with the weight loss.

    I've heard that Dr. S called his book Pounds and Inches because one week you lose a bunch of pounds.. and the next a bunch of inches (as fat redistributes). Not sure if that is true or not but what you are experiencing is normal. When I lose less than 1/2 a pound or gain, I look over my food journal to see if anything sticks out.. did I drink enough water, did I go over on my calories.. etc and if everything is on protocol, I brush it off to an "inches" day and work towards tomorrow. You can do this!!!! Don't fret.
