.2lbs away from the 140s club. .2 two pounds shy. *whine* I wanted it so bad!

So close... but not quite.

I didn't drink as much water as I should have either so I guess I paid for it. haha. Tomorrow Mr. Scale.... tomorrow I will have my day! *shakes fist*

I'll take that .8 though n__n

Today will be a good day. And tomorrow I know will be another big loss.

Here's to optimism.

and... Mr. Scale... I should give you a better name. Roman? Sounds good. Roman it is. haha.

I should cut my nails today they're all knife sharp and long. I feel like I have little katanas attached to my fingertips. I nearly cut my chin off the other day! o.O

I'm used to short and stubby nails.

I don't know what I want for lunch today. I thought about BBQ chicken with onion rings... sounds good.

    My suggestion if you wanna loose more weight in a day eat both fruits, chicken for lunch and cod for dinner or another white fish lots of people have good looses with fish

    I always make sure I get both fruits and all my veggies in. But the idea of having a fish dinner sounds really good. I usually eat tilapia as my fish but I totally forgot about cod! its one of my favorites. *starry eyes*

    Yeah I think I'm gonna run out tonight and grab some.

    How do you cook your fish?

    I find fish a bid disappointing. I weigh it raw and get my 100 g.
    Then, I put it on the Forman grill only for it to shrink up to a tiny piece.

    i cook mine in a frying pan or in the stove in tin foil...i find on my foreman it sticks and breaks and gets well smaller than 100g

    I steam mine and have not had any shrinkage (at least not enough for me to visibly notice .______.)
