Ready to get back to my old self.

I fought the scale... and I won. Results of cheat day.

Note: I would never recommend anyone to take the drastic action I did. Never base how your body works with the way someone else's does.

Once my TOM came I was stalled at my weight for 10days. It was annoying jumping from staying between 153-154 every day. Those were the only numbers I was seeing. Wasn't anything I was eating since I had amazing loses eating the same foods and doing the same rogue things I had been since the beginning of the round with great results. I knew everyone's bodies were different but I was sick and tired of mine.

On the 7th of this month I totally cheated in order to break my stall. By day 10 I was over it. So I planned to take drastic actions. Why? Because I'm impatient

It was probably what most would say a bad idea, and some people have done it to break a stall and succeeded and others I'm sure probably destroyed a good week of their hard work by a cheat.

Me? I'll take risks and deal with the consequences as they come.

I had the fattiest 14oz steak(KC strip) 2 big bowls of cornflakes with whole milk and a big *** piece of red velvet cake my mother had made. (dear god I had missed my dear cornflakes) This was at dinner. For lunch earlier that same day I had eaten my P2 meal as normal.

I woke up on the 8th and gained a pound I was up to 155lbs (I was expecting a huge gain so yeah I was shocked) I know it can take up to 2-3 days for a cheat to register but the next day after that I lost another pound. And it continued with 1 lb losses every day since.

I had shook up my metabolism enough to where I was FINALLY 2lbs down from my stall weight. Today I'm 151lbs and by Saturday I know I'll be a member of the 140s club. My goal is in sight and I can nearly taste it. These last 12 days left I know I can hit my goal mark of losing another 8-10lbs. I want to at least hit 140 but then end of my 40day round. And if need be I'll maybe stretch it just one more week after that I don't know I'm going to see what happens.

Back on track, along with dancing on my scale again n___n
