Ready to get back to my old self.

Thin mints... must... destroy...X)

Ugh moving day tomorrow to a different suburb 20mins away >.< That is going to suck. Moving ALWAYS sucks. I'm going to have to make my meals in advance to keep from either starving or eating at weird times.

Since I'm finishing the rest of my P2 a-la intermittent fasting style. I like to keep my eating window from 11:00am to 4:00pm and bed around 9-10pm. So 19 hours fasting. I do that because that's the time I'm usually active and busy with either my niece of running errands around town. Wake up at 6am and start again. I've done it for about 3 days now. Continuing IF all the way until the end of my P3 which is the 1st of October.

I've planned a cheat day on September 15th.

Why you ask!? My mom came through the door with freaking THIN MINTS! She's a ninja I swear. I'm really not a chocolate person it's very rarely eaten by me, but there are very few things I'll eat that has chocolate in it and holy **** those cookies have a power over me like no other @[email protected] <--- crazy eyes.

My cheat day will be comprised of raspberry filled beignets that I'll be making with a vanilla dipping sauce... and ****ing girl scout thin mints. n__n It's not like I'll be just sitting on my *** naked in a corner...rocking back and forth with a chocolate minty mustache and raspberry sauce stained cheeks.

Well...

o.O don't you dare judge me!

Nah I'm only going to eat a few and a few beignets give the rest to my family. Not gonna go buckwild on the box of girlscout cookies either. You know.... tear it open with my teeth like a cave woman, chew open the wrapper and shove a whole stack in my throat and swallow them whole...

-_______- yeah I'm prolly the only one that does that. *le sigh*

But yeah just those two things I'm cheating with. Going to sugar hell too but only briefly. Just enough to feel the flames. I've been resisting everything sugar for 2 months now. I want just a little reward.

I'm going to be doing the 30day shred for all of September. But I don't wanna start until I reach my 130 goal. Meh, if I am 135 by the end of this month I'll just say **** it XD and just do P3 anyways. X) Can't win them all. Either way I'll have my body back by October. *joy*

So P2 until the end of this month. And I'm going to start P3 on the 1st of September until the 1st of October. n___n

October 1st. I will FINALLY have the body I want. It's going to be a new beginning to everything. New tooth filling (.___. yesh I have a dentist appointment and a cavity lol) new and improved body(and mind)... and I'm gonna have to order all the stuff for my sexy halloween outfit this year. It's gonna be hot... yet gross X)

I haven't celebrated in like 5 years. It'll be fun to go to parties with my friends all dolled up.

Cannot wait until October. I also need to take pics when I'm done P2. Before and after pics.

    girl your blogs make me giggle so much, congrats on the if days...im trying to get there but i just cant do it yet, maybe after the 30 shred Youll reach your goal and your body.

    Also i know what you mean about halloween..cant wait to be a sexy costume haha.

    n__n glad to be of service. I'm 140.0 today *shock* Entering the 130s club real soon. I'm freaking excited. My goal is just a mere 10lbs away. The 30day shred will be a huge challenge for me because for one I've never exercised a day in my life im pretty damn noobish at it, and two I smoke daily XD but I'm motivated. High fives for awesome hawt lady bodies for halloween. X)

    the shred is kickin my butt! hahaha and if your motivated youll get there just go slow and dont freakout if you gain, its muscles but youve lost inches
