Since then I've gone up a couple, and down a couple, up 3 down 3, but never up to the weight I was on the last day of drops. I haven't needed to do a steak day, I just increased my protien and eliminate dairy & eggs and that seems to take care of it. I'm still in the process of figuring out what foods I have sensitivities to. Right now I'm trying eggs (alone no dairy) again ... so far so good. Also I will be doing multiple rounds and have nooooo desire to try sugars & starches next week. I know what they do to me. I mean why even go there if I'm going to cut them out again in three weeks. Is that ok?

You can fluctuate 2 lbs above LDW and below. If you go up, you are supposed to do a steak day immediately when you are 2 lbs over. You should stay at one weight consistently and that is stabalizing. I think you are below or a tad above LDW that is okay too. I always stayed a one weight which was in the safe range. Its a weight you are most of time. Do not leave P3 till you stabalize. Maybe read the Dr. Simeon book about this again if you haven't. Good luck!

Abinco said it all. No need for me to add more. Looks like to me you stabilized lower than last dose weight. Who wants to argue with that? NOT ME!
