I know people have done another round without waiting 6 weeks inbetween. It's not recommended, but some do. If this is your first round, it is definitely recommended you do the 3 weeks of p3 and 3 weeks of p4.

I looked into it because of a heavy travel schedule. If I go P2-P3 and back to P2 right away, then I can be in transit without as many food gathering problems (I've done it before and there was no weight loss = a waste of time).

But it's said that going from P2 to P3 and then back to P2 right away could cause problems - loose skin, not enough time for your body to recover, etc.

So I've decided that I'm going to wait. I really really really don't want to, but I'll stay on P3/P4 until my schedule has room. Oh, and I'm praying that my long trip either gets cancelled or postponed until July!

Thank you ... When you refer to 3 weeks of p4 is that the same thing as part (2) of p3? ... when introducing starch & sugar back into our meals?

Yes, p4 is the three weeks after p3 (no sugars or starches) when you can slowly add starches and sugars back into your diet.

That makes sense ... Haha ... I'm still trying to catch on here. All the info, lingo & figuring out how this site works is really interesting, but I think I could do this full time and still have questions. I have to remind myself, this is all a process. Have a fab day & thanks for getting back with me.
