  1. Still not stellar...

    On the mend but sloooowly. Ran errands this morning and now I am exhausted . My foster son is hitting and screaming and the snow on the ground this morning just adds insult to injury. Then! When I try to weigh this morning my scale will.not.work! Sooo....the new scale weighs me in at 180.4. (2lbs up from yesterday's weigh in). I need a do over ;(

  2. Finally on the mend!

    The antibiotics are kicking in and I am actually cooking dinner for the first time this week. Yay! And I am was down 1.2lbs

  3. Ca you believe it?

    I am still really sick :/ The doc is going to call me in some antibiotics if I want but I was so hoping to get over this without them. I am okay with the stalls even the small gains but I am so.so.so sick of being sick! Here's to a better day and a loss tomorrow!

  4. Woke up to a gain :(

    BUT it was only .2 and I am still sick (going to the dr. today). Overall I am still happy with how things are going. I'm sure I am retaining at least a bit of water so once I get over this things should start moving pretty good again. In the meantime....I am spending the day in bed!

    Wow! I can't believe I am still sick . I did weigh in at 179 this morning so that is 10.6 lbs in 8 days. Not too shabby! Hope everyone has a great day, I'm heading back to bed!

  6. Slowing down a bit....

    I am still very sick Last night I broke down and drank hot chicken broth. It helped so I decided it was worth and resulting gain. Thankfully I actually lost. Only .04 but still a loss none the less. That makes my total weight loss for the week 9.6lbs! I am pretty happy with that!

  7. Still in the 180s but I am okay with that...

    So I went to bed last night with a raging fever. I feel a lot better this morning but I stalled. Honestly, I am not letting the scale play mind games with me this round. I have gone from 189.6 to 180.8 is 6 days and I am completely happy with that. This round for me is about learning to live in my body and to be thankful for it and learn to relate to the food in a proper way. Since added the amino acids recommended in the Diet Cure (L Glutamine, L Tyrosine, 5 HTP, Gaba...) my cravings seem ...

    So super achy! Headed to bed hoping that I am not retaining too much water now. I did take a detox bath so that should help. I hope everyone had a great day!

  9. Almost out of the 180s!!

    Woohoo! This morning I lost 2.2lbs. Super happy about that I picked up a copy of the Diet Cure and it's pretty interesting reading. I started adding the amino acids she recommends which I know is technically rogue but I am hoping that it will help with the cravings after P2 is done. Hope everyone else is doing well!

  10. Yay!! I still lost!

    Despite the Truvia incident I still lost .4 not great for the 3rd day but I am on my period so Yay! anyway. Today is my daughter's 13th birthday so I will make a baked apple with stevia and cinnamon for cake time I added magnesium and potassium to my supplements (B complex, B12 liquid and liquid multi) and I am looking foward to a good day!
