P4 Update - Help!

Everything was going well until the last couple of days. I didn't have a problem on Christmas Day, but since boxing day I've been eating lots of sugar and chocolate. I had tried it in little bits tentatively and had no problem with it, but the last couple of days I've gone back to restrictive eating (less than 500 calories a day) and have totally skimped on protein and fats entirely and I'm now up to 113.4 (exactly 2.0 over LDW) from my lowest weight ever of 109.8 just a couple of days ago.

I'm not sure what to do now...being at home has sent me spiralling into a restrictive mindset and cutting calories. I don't know how to increase them again back up to 1500 - will I gain loads by doing so??? I'm going to cut out the sugar and go back to high proteins with a few veggies for a day or two and see if that helps but it does mean my calories will still only be in the region of 500.
