I'm baaaaaaaacccccckkkkk!

Well, I'm ready. I'm starting R3 tomorrow. I'm so looking forward to this. I've done fine with P3 and P4, staying fairly stable within 1-lb or so of LDW -- generally just below LDW, so that was a great thing.

The last few days, I've found myself pinching at that little roll above my waist band. Not happy with this... Then testing the "incentive" items in my closet -- and shoot... the arms are too tight! I'm getting anxious to start seeing changes again!

Yes, I'm really glad to have been able to stay stable in P3/P4, but I'm not done with this battle, and I know it. I'm ready to dive back in.

I haven't really set a goal for myself for this round at this point. R1 I lost about 20-lbs, then 15 more in R2. Have floated 2-5 lbs below that during this latest P3, so have been very close to a total of 40-lbs lost. Frankly, I'll be happy with anything at this point. The loss of inches is always a wonderful bonus. I look forward to that as much as the weight loss.

I recently bought myself a pair of jeans that were one size smaller than what I'd worked into last round. Just for fun, I tried them on the other day. Much to my surprise, they FIT! Shoot. Now I have to go buy more pants! I really need a pair or two that fit so I have something for work that doesn't have to be cinched in with a belt to stay up! (Yeah, I know, what a terrible problem to have!)

So, all this to say that I'm just really looking forward to this next round, and seeing what the next few weeks bring me.

I've said many times that the best things about this protocol is that I finally have a chance to be in CONTROL of my weight again -- rather than sitting back having to watch it climb with nothing I could do.

Hope everyone else out there is seeing progress today. I'm off to R3!

Welcome to the forums, Catthai. There are lots of people here who have been at this longer than I have, who have lost a lot more weight, and/or have lost the weight and now maintain a healthier weight. You certainly will find no shortage of help and support around here. I wish you well. Please do stay in touch and let us know how you are doing.

mzlark, I'm just finishing my 3rd round. Tomorrow is day 1 of p3 for me, and this last round of p2--my third round, was the easiest for me. Easier than Round 1, and so very much easier than round 2 (I hated round 2.) It was a long round, 55 days. I reached goal, but could keep going if I had to. And the reshaping, losing of inches has been the greatest of any of my rounds. So, you're in for some real treats, bodywise. Enjoy the journey everyday. You've done it before, you know how it's done, and that it works, so just work it. Glad you're back!
