I feel like this last week has drug by. I have been sitting between 205 and 200 for about a week, I havent stalled at all but its only been .6 lost each day. I know this is suppose to be good, but last round I lost at least a lb most day. So im hoping its TOM since its getting ready to start. Otherwise it is getting very discouraging to see it dropping so slowly.

We did find some yummy things to make today though. I was able to make some delicious kale and veal. Two things I did not think I would like, but they turned out pretty good.
