  1. p3 going great

    So we are about a week into our p3 phase. It is going great. We have stabilized great and I have started doing zumba. I dont think it is going to make me lose anymore weight but it makes me happy doing it Hope everyone is having a good day

  2. Phase 3

    So we have finally made it to phase 3! Hooray! I ended at 184.6 on the last weigh in day and woke up this morning at 183.8. I know we are suppose to stay at the same weight but I still like to see it go down The bf has gone down 3 pounds since the last weigh in day. He just keeps losing and mine stays pretty much the same. Our first breakfast was a very yummy omlet with bacon, cheese, onion, red and green pepper, and mushroom.

  3. finally below

    I FINALLY made it below 200 lbs! Hooray! i am still creeping along but i am just happy to be below 200.

    this week has been good, the bf and I are almost to day 20 which means we are almost half done! very exciting! The people at work make fun of me for this diet, but i think its just because they don't know any better. If you have never been on hcg before or known someone who has gotten results, it might sound a little crazy, but once everything is done they will be wanting some ...

    I feel like this last week has drug by. I have been sitting between 205 and 200 for about a week, I havent stalled at all but its only been .6 lost each day. I know this is suppose to be good, but last round I lost at least a lb most day. So im hoping its TOM since its getting ready to start. Otherwise it is getting very discouraging to see it dropping so slowly.

  5. Still going

    Things have been going well so far. The bf has been stalled for 5 days, he played golf though, which i believe is the reason for the stall. I've been losing pretty steadily with one day messing up. I got the munchies and I think accidently ate too many calories! oops, but its done better. I have been losing inches which is awesome because I dont believe i saw a difference this quickly last round.

    So i made it through round one losing about 20 lbs, and i managed to keep it off, not really sure how since I skipped all of phase three and just went back to eating normally. Im hoping this was just a fluke and i dont end up gaining everything back I lost this time during the maintence phase, when i actually do it . I am very happy to say that my bf gained enough during the time between rounds that he is now doing it with me. This is day day four right now and it is going ...

    This morning I woke up losing 1 lb. Not as good as 1.2 lb but I will take it. I don't think that eating 4 melba toast yesterday affected me. which is great because I am pretty sure I'm addicted, its the only thing I like to eat during the day! Im worried about stalling soon though, most people say that they stall somewhere in their 3rd week and I am almost to my 4th without any stalls.     So today was sorta hectic. I woke up this morning realizing that I had not made my lunch meat in advance. So i had to cook a steak really quick for breakfast before I went to work. I lost 1.2 lbs this morning. I feel like I can tell a difference, but I dont think that if I were to measure myself I would see a difference. I tried measuring on saturday and saw no difference in the measurements. How long does it normally take to lose the inches..this is my 16th day. I hope tomorrow goes well ...

    Just some background. I have pcos and so I have been gaining weight for about 2 years now. My dad and brother had done the hcg diet and lost 50lb and 40 lb in a 40 day cycle. So i decided to try it myself and i have been on the hcg diet for 15 days now and some days its not so bad and other days it is horrible.
