Back on Track

So yesterday was a bit of a let down. I woke up and found out I had not dropped any weight, but I had lost 1/2 an inch of my waist and arms...I decided to omit one fruit and up my protein and today I'm happy to be down 1lb from yesterday. Its really hard saying no to food...I had to watch my friend eat a pepperoni pizza, while I had my plain salad...luckily there was some salsa on the table that kept my salad from being a total bore....I guess that discipline paid off!!
