OK I MUST BE HONEST. LAST NIGHT I ALMOST GAVE UP!!! I WAITED TOO LATE TO EAT AND BECAME VERY SICK FEELING. ALTHOUGH IF I HAD GIVEN UP STILL WOULDNT HAVE CHEATED ON ANYTHING FATTY! DIDNT HAVE A CRAVING I JUST FELT REALLY BAD (STOMACH) JUST AWEFUL. WHAT I REALIZED IS THAT IVE BEEN EATING AT A CERTAIN TIME EVERYDAY AND I WAS OFF SCHDULE YESTERDAY SO MY BODY JUST WASNT RIGHT. THOUGH I DID TECHINALLY CHEAT I HAD AN EXTRA FRUIT BECAUSE I FELT SO BAD. IT MADE ME FEEL MUCH BETTER. SO AFTER WEIGH-IN THIS MORNING I STILL LOST .7 POUNDS. iVE COME TO REALIZE MY HEALTH IS IMPORTANT AND OUR BODIES TALK TO US, REGUARDLESS OF HOW MUCH WEIGHT I WANT TO LOSE YOU STILL WILL HAVE TO USE COMMON SENSE AND LISTEN TO MY BODY! I FELT GOOD THIS MORNING WHEN I WOKE UP TO I WENT TO THE GYM AND WORKED OUT FOR ABOUT 30 MINS. SO IM DOWN 14.3. AFTER LOSING 9LBS I WILL BE AT A WEIGHT I HAVNT SEEN IN20 YEARS. INFACT MY HUSBAND HAVNET SEEN ME AT THIS GOALS WEIGHT! STILL EXCITED!

    Great Job!! It is very important to listen to your body. Be smart, always! I followed this to the letter the first round, the second I made some changes. I do stay on a schedule to avoid nights like you just experienced. We also add more protein. I have felt much better, had steady losses and stabilized in P3 without any problems. I am now back on P2 for a quick 2 weeks and it is going great! I love this diet and I am so happy with the results! I am going on a cruise in November and plan on being another 25 lbs thinner!!     Good for you! Like wwkiks said, it's important to listen to your body. Heck, if most of us did that we wouldn't be on this diet. You must nourish your body when it demands it, and leave the food alone when it doesn't.

    Next time though, instead of a fruit, you may want to add more protein.

    Thanks so much for your advice. I will definatly follow. I don't think.I've been eating enough from the beginng. I use the serving size grams on the labels and add as needed to.equql out portions. Thank you so much for the follow up. Will purchase a scale today!
