OK I MUST BE HONEST. LAST NIGHT I ALMOST GAVE UP!!! I WAITED TOO LATE TO EAT AND BECAME VERY SICK FEELING. ALTHOUGH IF I HAD GIVEN UP STILL WOULDNT HAVE CHEATED ON ANYTHING FATTY! DIDNT HAVE A CRAVING I JUST FELT REALLY BAD (STOMACH) JUST AWEFUL. WHAT I REALIZED IS THAT IVE BEEN EATING AT A CERTAIN TIME EVERYDAY AND I WAS OFF SCHDULE YESTERDAY SO MY BODY JUST WASNT RIGHT. THOUGH I DID TECHINALLY CHEAT I HAD AN EXTRA FRUIT BECAUSE I FELT SO BAD. IT MADE ME FEEL MUCH BETTER. SO AFTER WEIGH-IN THIS MORNING I STILL LOST .7 POUNDS. iVE COME TO REALIZE MY HEALTH IS IMPORTANT AND OUR BODIES TALK TO US, REGUARDLESS OF HOW MUCH WEIGHT I WANT TO LOSE YOU STILL WILL HAVE TO USE COMMON SENSE AND LISTEN TO MY BODY! I FELT GOOD THIS MORNING WHEN I WOKE UP TO I WENT TO THE GYM AND WORKED OUT FOR ABOUT 30 MINS. SO IM DOWN 14.3. AFTER LOSING 9LBS I WILL BE AT A WEIGHT I HAVNT SEEN IN20 YEARS. INFACT MY HUSBAND HAVNET SEEN ME AT THIS GOALS WEIGHT! STILL EXCITED!
