    Round 2 has begun. Day 3 and down 3.8lbs so very happy about that. It does seem like I am a bit more hungry on this round, but I have to keep reminding myself that hcg is still most likely building in my body so those afternoon hunger pangs are normal. It is so much harder though, after being able to eat fats whenever I wanted them. The higher fat in my diet during P3/P4 kept the hunger away as well as any cravings. I just have to stay focused on the "prize" (goal weight!) and what a fun ...

  2. Round 2, Here I Come!

    The day is here to start round 2. I have actually been looking forward to this for awhile. Don't get me wrong, I LOVED P3/P4 and finally know for sure that I can control my weight long term. I just have to pay attention. I was out of town this past week with eating ALL meals in restaurants. I purchased a travel scale to bring with me and didn't gain an ounce until the day before we left - I know this was due to too much carb type foods at dinner. I felt like I had to force my body to gain weight ...

  3. P4 Update

    I am shocked and amazed.... I have NEVER been able to maintain my weight on any diet plan - never mind eating 1500 -2000 calories daily. The secret???? Limiting the starch and sugars in my diet. By limiting - I'm talking just picking one or two servings per day to have and filling the rest with healthy fat, protein, veggies (and a tad of fruit). I actually eat a lot of healthy fats. An afternoon snack most days is either an whole small avocado or 20 almonds with mozzarella cheese and grape tomatoes ...
