Round 2 has begun. Day 3 and down 3.8lbs so very happy about that. It does seem like I am a bit more hungry on this round, but I have to keep reminding myself that hcg is still most likely building in my body so those afternoon hunger pangs are normal. It is so much harder though, after being able to eat fats whenever I wanted them. The higher fat in my diet during P3/P4 kept the hunger away as well as any cravings. I just have to stay focused on the "prize" (goal weight!) and what a fun summer it will be
