Lost .8 this morning. Had fish, cabbage with apple, and chicken with cabbage yesturday. Lost 10.6 in 22 vlcd's If it weren't for that day that I squeezed a half lemon half orange on my chicken. .. I would've been another 2lbs skinnier! Having chicken and cabbage for lunch and dinner today. Oh! Can't forget the Melba!
I feel like I'm not losing fast enough. I've lost 10.8 in 19 days. But I still feel like I should be losing faster. 2 days ago I squeezed a what seemed like a lemon but dark as a orange on top of my chicken and gained .4 the following day. So I think I messed up the begining of my round...ugh.
So i had a protein day yesturday and only lost .2 I'm gonna drink a protein shake this morning as my first meal. And chicken, apple, and veggies for dinner.
Gained .2 this morning :/ Had veal with alot of salt and mixed veggies last night. Tonight I'll have veal but without the mixed veggies and see how it goes.
Lost .4 after a non injection day Retried a protein shake and yaaaay it didn't make me gain!
Lost .6 this morning Last night I had a protein shake with an apple. I was trying out the new protein shakes I recently got. I was nervous because I hadn't tried these ones. But I had a loss
Two days at 150.8 Like always I'm glad i didn't gain
So i did a protein day cuz i was stuck for 2 days at 152.0 I know it's not on protocol. I lost 1.2 so i figure it's for the last 2 days i was stuck.
So I weigh the same as yesturday, no loss. I'm stuck at 152 I haven't cheated so I know the scale will move soon.
I lost .2 Not upset but hoping for a big loss tomorrow.
