    Nice journal! My doctor had me list all the reasons for doing this diet before I started my first round. My main reason was to lower my blood sugar because I have become a type 2 diabetic and metformin made my hair fall out in clumps and I found that not acceptable so refused to take the medication. I am now in normal range due to HCG. You are going to find it just as amazing as you check off all the things it does for you. Happy losing!
