So I made it almost 2 weeks without cheating.. Until last night.

My lovely grandmother had us over for dinner and I didn't want to hurt her feelings by not eating, especially because she made my favorite meal. It is a poor excuse, but it happened anyway and I paid for it.
First of all, I felt horrible.. Bloated and sick soon after and then this morning I saw a 1.2 gain on the scale, which was to be expected. I was actually expecting more. I still feel a little bloated and uncomfortable today and very guilty. Ugh! I only wanted to finish this week out and move onto p3 because I have pretty much met my goal, but I think I'll have to finish the fill round out now.
Hoping it doesn't set me back three days like I've heard a cheat day will do, but I made my own bed.

    That's a tough one. I would sacrifice 3 days for my grandma too! Just eat clean, drink plenty of water and stay away from sodium and you can still maximize your last few days of P2! So excited for you to be heading for P3! Congratulations!!!

    Thank you both for the kind words!! I wasn't sure how to explain the diet to her either since it can be seen as "controversial" and of course my dear grandma doesn't think I need to be on any diet. Love her!
