  1. EA Sports Personal Trainer for WII

    Wow for the ones of you that have a Wii have you tried the EA sports personal trainer? It is more fun than the biggest loser but man that 20 minute workout kicks butt. I did the low setting since it was my first time and because we are not suppose to workout and I started sweating after about 5 minutes in. It gives you a premade workout that goes 30 minutes but I had to take a couple out due to my arm. It was awesome and easy to use.

  2. Cycling

    I started my first round of cycling yesterday. I some how managed to lose 0.2 on my first day of loading. It was suprising because I had pancakes, bacon and eggs for breakfast, roast, potatos and biscuits for supper and a lot of snacking in between. I am just glad to be getting back in the motion of having set foods planned for the week.

  3. Surgery today

    I am so glad to be finally have surgery on my arm. They are taking the plate out of my forearm. I am starting my cycling round on Sunday.

  4. First Blog

    Well I have decided to start blogging my HCG experience. I am starting my 3rd round on Sunday. I was going to start last Friday but found out I have to wait until after my surgery on this Friday. I am having one of the plates taken out of my forearm.

    I started my first round on May 1st weighing in at 233.5. I did the complete 43 day round and man was it hard. But when I finished phase 2 I was down to 210.5. Phase 3 was lots of fun and I managed to stabilize pretty good and finished ...
