I started my first round of cycling yesterday. I some how managed to lose 0.2 on my first day of loading. It was suprising because I had pancakes, bacon and eggs for breakfast, roast, potatos and biscuits for supper and a lot of snacking in between. I am just glad to be getting back in the motion of having set foods planned for the week.

    Could you tell me exactly what is meant by "cycling" ? Thanks. I'm in r1p2vlc18 (I think). I hear people mention it, and am wondering what exactly it entails.

    Once you have completed a full round including p3 and p4 some people do cycling. The way lady smart explained it to me was you do like 2 weeks of p2 and then 1 week p3 then back to p2 ext. It does not necessarily help you lose faster but some people prefer it so they can stay on track better. I am giving it a try to hopefully prevent gaining back those 5-10 pounds that reappear after p3 but before I go back on p2. This is my first time cycling so we will see how it goes. Hope this helps.
