    Summary of my whereabouts LOL:
    My last blog was about 4th of July weekend, where I fell SERIOUSLY off the wagon hahah. But it was so much fun and worth it! I spent almost the entire 4 day weekend at the lake with my daughter and about 5 of her friends and some of their parents. Fireworks were banned here in SW Oklahoma so we did lots of other stuff to keep busy.... like ...

  3. Woot Woot!

    Last night a friend from out of town came in... Bottom line I ate a billion Cheezits, trail mix (no choc), a glass of milk, and two green apple Smirnoffs. Cheat much Steph? Lol. Oh well it was fun. And we stopped nd bought scratchoffs and I won $500!!! So awesome, that helps alot with the moving costs next week.
    So .8 gain this morning. Totally worth it.

  4. Fabulous start to Friday

    Another pound loss wowzas!
    I ate another piece of cheese yesterday, and cottage cheese twice... Everything else was protocol. My body loves dairy! Which is so good to know for later since I'm a serious milk drinker. Oh and I've been loving the lemon water too.... Aaahh this week is so much better than the last. Whew.
    I will be packing up the house over the weekend, so maybe all that extra energy will knock me off another pound by Monday. Keeping my fingers crossed!

  5. Today is great

    The pound loss this morning.
    Went to work and was SUPER productive, maybe my spirits were better
    Had to take my daughter to the bus for an out of town game, on the way back decided screw work I'm not going back... And stopped by this little random realty agency (not thinking I'm moving for another couple months or so)
    THEN the best thing ever happened.....
    I found the most AMAZING HOUSE EVER!!! It has everything I WOULD LIKE but didn't think I could find, and a decent ...

  7. 1 pound LOSS. :) :) :) Guess I will be sticking P2 out a little longer

    I have no idea what helped yesterday, there were several factors.
    1) I did ATTEMPT a protein day, but ended up throwing up lunch, had pee retention, and felt HORRIBLE. So I had fruit and applesauce and veggies and water for dinner.
    2) I also had a 1 oz colby jack cheese square last night. I had a headache for the first time since starting and craved cheese.
    3) I did not have coffee yesterday. I did not have melba.

  8. Whoa

    Showing signs of protein overload..... I'll only be eating fruit and veggies for dinner.
    I have to leave work early.... I'm shaky, tachycardic, and I threw up EW. I also haven't peed much today despite drinking two full waters and a tea. I should have known better, I'm not made for this much protein LOL! Not a big meat eater.... I had maybe one serving a WEEK my whole life before starting this diet. Although two servings a day has been very tolerable, I think 24 hours of protein was just ...

  9. .2 loss. AM I ON PUNK'D???

    Seriously this has got to be the stupidest longest most ridiculous stall in Hcg history. I mean really has anyone else lost barely 12 pounds in 24 days????? AAAAAGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHH

    Today I'm doing an EFFING protein Day again since yesterday it wasn't perfect. And apparently cocoa crack doesn't do crap for me so I won't try that again either.

  10. Epiphany

    I'm wondering if my first batch was bad.... or weak. I've noticed since mixing this new batch (with a more concentrated dilution) that my hunger is at like 0-1 almost all the time, yet the whole first 3 weeks I struggled with hunger of like 5-6 all the time. I didn't think about it until I was wondering why I'm FREEZING the past few days... at work I have to wear a sweater (it is 110 degrees daily here in Oklahoma!) and at home I've raised my thermostat like 4 degrees higher than normal. Anywhoo... ...
