Oh, I cheated on Saturday. I was at a pool party picnic and drank quite a few frozen drinks and had food that was a definite no no. But, I did get on the scale because I needed to see the damage to get me focused into correcting it. So, I was on the straight and narrow yesterday and will be all week. I need to get rid of these last 10lbs and get out of p2!

Oh, and to make matters worse, I also started my TOM Sunday morning, so my gain included not only my bad eating from Saturday, but my lovely TOM symptoms as well :-/

Cheated this weekend on my 4th of july get away and did not have a scale. Kind of wish I did not find one now.well I finally got a scale and weigh in at 5 pound increase. I would have been crushed but reading these BLOG help me steady
Whoever said cheating is not worth it was so right. Now that I know it is going to take 3 days to a week to get back on track I am floored. Also I am on day 35 of my 40 P2. I don't think I have another week. I will have to check with the doctor to see what I need to do in this circumstances. OH Hells bells what a mess. Wish I had found this Blog earlier. I could of used the support.
