Time to Change ! Day 17

So this is day 17 and I have only lost 9 pounds, I am discouraged to say the least. I figured by now i would be in the double digits. Oh well, I will keep plugging along. One day at a time, one pound at a time. I love using Truvia better than my stores brand. I am glad my Mom told me to try it. I have been planning the Thanksgiving meal and trying to find low fat side dish ideas. Isn't there a recipe for " skinny " mashed potatoes? I can't find it. Anyway, I have a plan in my head for the dinner I will make, I am going to make sure everyone is happy. I can have roasted turkey for sure. By then I will begin the P4 and I know I am not supposed to have starch or sugar how do I resist that ? I hope to see an increase in my pounds lost during that time , I don't know how successful I would be on Round 2, even though my husband is talking about starting this program as well. We would be good moral support!
