  1. First VLCD Round 2

    I am starting my second round today. My load was terrible. After the first day I was so bloated and miserable I could not eat much of anything. The hunger is not too bad today. I have been drinking alot of water and decaf coffee and tea. My last round I chewed sugar free gum which helps my sweet tooth. Looking around for a thread that I might fit into. Happy day to all.     Good Morning my wonderful supporters. I am leaving this morning on a trip to see family and won't be able to blog till I get back most likely. I weighed in at 110.2 this morning .6 below my LIW so I feel fine. Today will be my second day on p3. I packed some chicken and apples for the plane ride. I have never been much of a cream person in my coffee and to be honest I am a little weary of trying too much while gone because I won't have a scale to check it's effect.   3. Last VLCD then p3 - all comments appreciated- thank you for your time

    Well I weighed 108.8 today so I still made me original goal but my liw weight was 110.8 yesterday. That's is fine with me because I still would rather have the range of 110.8-112.8 instead of 108.8-110.8. I have large fluctuations like a pound or 2 during TOM and if I eat too much sodium. Problem is I have a seizure disorder so it can be bad if I get too much sodium or if I lose too much during exercise etc. A doctor told me once if things taste real salty that is your body telling you that ...

  4. Ok New Goal to transition

    Good Day all you wonderful people. Well I weighed 110.8 today and I didn't want my liw weight to be so high. But I am thinking why not? This weight is lower than I have been in over a year and a higher weight will be easier to deal with the weight up and downs. More wiggle room. I still think it;s water so who knows what tomorrow will bring. But this morning will officially be my last dose of pellets. I really would like to keep my weight between 110-114. That allows my clothes to fit comfortably. ...

  5. I need a few more days

    Dear Friends: I listened to your words and yesterday they sounded good. I am still keeping my goal weight at 109 but yesterday I overindulged in the salt shaker and my weight up from 108.6 to 110.4. I know it is probably water but I think I will do a few more days of p2 pellets then few without out. This means I won't have much time before I leave on my trip in p3. However my family I am visiting all eat very very healthy so I do not think I will have a problem eating well on my first week of p3. ...

    Good Morning Precious People. Well I upped my goal to 109 because I am thinking 109-111 is more maintainable for my height. I am 5'4". I actually weighed in at 108.6 this morning and I believe this morning will be my last dose of pellets so I can start getting the hhcg out of my system. That way I can have a few more days on p3 before my trip on March 18. I took my pellets at 8am so I could start p3 on tuesday March 15. Does that sound like a good idea? I would love some feedback.   7. Miracles happening everywhere

    Good Afternoon. I am .8 pounds from my goal as of this morning. If I was finished with my pellets today I would be happy. I have two more days of pellets and two last vlcd and then woo hoo p3. I am looking forward to the extra energy. I have found the kindness and support on this site a true blessing.   8. The end is near- what a ride this has been.

    Good Morning beautiful people. Woke up to another .3 loss not much but I will take it. At first I weighed myself I was little more than yesterday but it is AMAZING what visiting the ladies room will do for your weight. So even though it wasn't much I was thanking GOD. 1.1 pound to go and 4 more days on pellets. With the normal fluctuations of this diet I think I will make it but who knows.   9. It not about the numbers.

    Good morning. I love filling out my ticker on mornings like this. I was down 1.2 #. Only a little over a pound till I reach my goal at 108. With five more days on the pellets maybe I will make it. But I have to remember it is not about a magic number. When I first stared my Eating Disorder at 17 (now I am 41) I used to have some magic number to weigh that I thought would make me happy. It doesn't.   10. Have to remember this a process not a destination.

    I have six days left of hhcg then the last two days without it eating 500. I gained again. Maybe I had too much salt. I think it is water because my medical bracelet a wear all the time for my seizure disorder made marks in my skin and it only does that when I am in retaining water. Anyway I wonder if I will make my 108 goal now that I am at 110.6 today and who knows what tomorrow will bring.
