DAY 2 OF LOADING IS GOING GREAT SO FAR WITH THE EXCEPTION OF THE 5 LB'S GAINED THIS AM........BUT I UNDERSTAND THAT WILL FALL OFF IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS.......... ) THANK GOODNESS! I'M SO LOOKING FORWARD TO TOMORROW AND NOT FILLING MY TUMMY SO FULL.

DAY 1 (6AM) - MY WEIGHT WAS 205............
DAY 2 (6AM) - MY WEIGHT WAS 210............


BREAKFAST: SCRAMBLED EGGS WITH CHEESE GRITS, COFFEE WITH HEAVY CREAM
LUNCH: STEAK AND MASHED POTATOES (ADDING SOUR CREAM), BROWNIES WITH PEANUT BUTTER
DINNER:
LATE NIGHT: PEANUT BUTTER MILKSHAKE WITH CHOCOLATE (HOPEFULLY)

HCG DROPS: 7AM (8 DROPS), 11AM (8 DROPS), 3PM (8 DROPS), 7PM (8 DROPS), 11PM (4 DROPS)

    I must be a weirdo--I luved loading. After the discipline of a finished p2 round, I wonder if I will feel the same way the next time do a loading.

    I know what you mean......... well, I packed as much as possible........ and lost 2 pounds..... Today, I start the 500 cal diet...........

    I lost a total of 17 lbs on a 23 round of hcg and a lot of inch's and I was happy with that.
    I really only needed to drop 12 to not be considered over weight. So I am in my size 8/10 at his time. I would love to do another short round but my husband and kids had a fit when I was the VLCD's. It was just to hard on me without the support of my family, The only support I had was from everyone here on the forum. I love this site. I am have a hard time with p3 because I am not eating enough calories or getting enough protein. I started this morning with eating a lot more than I have been. It's hard to get it in your mind after p2 that it is okay to eat more and in fact you have to are you will gain your weight back. Good luck, HCG will change your life

    They do have some good ones on this site. Glick on forum and then you should see information about the different phases. Look for anything to do with p2 and you should find some there.... If not, do a new post and ask this group about meals plans for p2. The folks on this site are good and will post some good meals for you (are as good as they get) This site will become your best friend !!!!
