Ok so far I am happy for the 14 pounds Ive lost plus the inches.

I'm 34 and have had one child,Ive been obese for many years.

I am like many others that have the "mommy pouch"

How many people have been able to loose most of that ?

How many people have had issues with saggy/extra skin?

I've got issues with saggy skin. I'm R1P4D13 and lost 25.5 lbs and have maintained well. Everyone says that in phase 3 the skin tightens up, but I've really not found that to be the case with me. I'm 49 and my highest weight at one point was 235. I've lost gradually lost thru the years and started this at 203. My thighs are so saggy. I definitely will have to watch the length of my shorts to cover it. I started walking the last week of phase 2 and have continued to walk. Today I walked 5 miles. So, I'm not so sure my skin is going to tighten but I'd rather have skin than fat. Also have the same problem with the belly and definitely have bat wings. I feel like I'm getting smaller, but my fat shape is staying the same, if that makes sense. That's why I'm trying the RXsq this time instead of the hhcg that I used the first round. Just want to see for myself if it makes a difference. Good luck on your journey!
