My schedule for HCG Rounds and Phases

Start Round 1 Phase 2
Load Days 1 and 2 on March 1 and 2nd (with HCG)
VLCD March 3-April 16 (with HCG)
VLCD April 17 &18 (NO HCG)
Start Phase 3 on April 19th- May 9 (no hcg)
Start Phase 4 on May 10-30 (no hcg)

If everything goes well I have planned out my next rounds as well with the maintence rounds.

Start Round 2 Phase 2
Load days 1 and 2 on May 31 and June 1(with HCG)
VLCD June 2 thru July 16 (with HCG )
VLCD July 17-18 (No Hcg)
Start Phase 3 July 20-August 9 (No Hcg)
Start Phase 4 August 10-Sept 13 (No Hcg)

Start Round 3 Phase 2
Load Days 1&2 on Septeber 14th and 15th (with HCG )
VLCD on September 16 -October 25 (with HCG )
VLCD October 26-27 (no HCG)
Start Phase 3 on October 28-Nov 19 (No Hcg)
Start Phase 4 on November 20 (No Hcg)



Hopefully I have give my self enough time for the schedule I planned out to loose as much as I can.

Just think If I finish the planned R3P4 by November 20,2011, I will be great for the holidays coming up.
