Morning all! I'm up .6 today because as usual I can't handle it when I know it's my last day of eating so 3 glasses of wine, some BBQ sweet potato chips( which have sugar so I won't be buying them again!), and a few dove dark chocolates. Oh well back at it today. I am up 5 lbs for my break but I I k I should lose it in a few days and then start heading below where I left off. Fingers crossed!
