Loading Day One was crazy! All day, the anticipation of what I was going to eat was psyching my mind out. I've been trying so hard to eat healthier that my body is like NOOOOO when it sees fattening food, haha. Plus, I had to work in the morning, and I, like a dummy, forgot to take my drops with me to work so my schedule was all out of whack. Here's what it looked like.
7:00 AM - Drops, Weigh - in at 201.2.
8:00 AM - Starbucks medium peppermint white chocolate mocha (with the whip cream!) and a cheese danish.
12:30 - went to the grocery store
1:30 - Drops
2:00 - Chips and dip, a few bites of cheesecake, pizza rolls.
3:15 - Drops
3:45 - Trail mix, more chips and dip
4:30 - Drops
5:00 - more cheesecake
5:45 - Drops
Then I went to the baseball game... Had a powerrade.
9:00 - Drops
9:30 - Mozzarella Sticks, more trail mix.
I think I need to do better today (Although I am up to 203 now), so here is my D2 plan.

Food:
Chick fil a chicken biscuit with hashbrows and coke
Trail Mix
Pizza Rolls
Cheesecake
Macaroni and Cheese (Stouffers kind!)
