Anyone live on the Central Coast of Ca?
Going into P4 this week. That came quicker than I thought. I have been staying relatively stable within my 2 lbs with a correction day here and there. Traveling again starting today. My intentions are to stay stong and hopefully that goes well. This is truly a learning experience maintaining even just when in between rounds. I am grateful we have the breaks between rounds because it gives us the chance to learn how to do it. I see too many other folks on other programs quit before maintaince and
One of my goals was to be able to fit into yoga clothes at Lucy's. I just happened to be at a mall today and there happened to be a Lucy's. Not only was I able to fit into their clothes but I didn't have to buy the largest size in everything. Can't say I really needed everything I bought but I treated myself all the same. it sure feels good to look at my list and see another goal accomplished. I am doing a 21 day yoga challenge right now. It may be at home but a girl can still look good!
Finished R5 with a 19.3# loss. I did a 32 day round. I cut it short so that I would be in P4 when I visit family. it made me more secure doing it this way instead of wondering if there was hidden sugar in everything.This brings my total on HCG to 96.6# loss. I am pretty sure I will do another round but I am not sure when as of yet. I guess I will see how I feel in a couple of months and decide. I was hoping to be done by the end of the year but I also want to take a break and get my hormones in
I suppose I should take it as a compliment when someone says "you look like a different person". It doesn't always feel like a compliment though. It is like they are saying I looked so bad before. I guess I would like how I used to look to vanish from the face of the earth. I don't want to be reminded of it. I guess somewhere inside I thought this is how I looked... until I saw a picture that is. It is a weird thing being fat. You never quite think you are as fat as you are. I was watching
Made it below my LIW from last round. 11 pounds down so far. Now the new numbers begin.
Well I guess this time it is my fault as they say don't do intense exercise in P2. I went rowing which I have done before and have done it in P2 before. I am on my first week. In other rounds I have not fainted till around the third week. Even though I rowed ( in a skull) have the amount of time I normally do I did it intensely on an empty stomach in 90 degree heat. Do you ever wonder what it will be like when people stop telling us how good we look? People keep commenting about my weight even when I am the same or gained a little. they are still telling me how good I look or calling me skinny or something. I hope as my body gets smaller my head doesn't get bigger! LOL
VLCD 1 went smoothly. Down 2.5#. Got a little hungry before bed but no biggie. I forgot how good you can feel on HCG. I know it isn't always like that but yesterday was one of those days and I was lovin it. Really wanted some coffee this am so I am trying a really weak one since I don't like it without cream. Not my favorite. If only I could inject it!
Starting Round 5. Loading is done and I am 10.6 above my LIW. Can't blame it all on loading. Luckily it will come off quickly and I will be back on track. I am anxious to get back to my LIW as I feel it in my midriff. Every round that I have done has been so different I really don't know what to expect and taking such a long break makes you forget. Maybe that is good. It will be interesting to see how my body responds after a four month break. Hoping for a good round.
