P2 Day 28

Feeling bad, same weight I was yesterday. I was to busy with physical labor, busy enough I lost track of time and ended up not eating enough. I'm extremely sleepy today and honestly I think I may take a cheat day so I can get some extra protein in me since I'm feeling so sluggish.

    I don't think a little extra protein hurts anyone. I've done it quite a lot this round. Yesterday I did only protein--don't advise it for anyone, it's not protocol, and it really didn't yield me a great loss. Course there were some extra calories there.
