    Feeling bad, same weight I was yesterday. I was to busy with physical labor, busy enough I lost track of time and ended up not eating enough. I'm extremely sleepy today and honestly I think I may take a cheat day so I can get some extra protein in me since I'm feeling so sluggish.

  2. P2 Day 27

    Down 1 lb today. Which makes me happy. Feeling slightly better today than yesterday though I'm ravenous for real food. I cut out eating my orange yesterday and I went back to what I as losing before so I think no more oranges for me. 25.4 lbs with load weight and 20.8 without.

  3. P2 Day 26

    Only down .2 lbs today. Still not feeling well and on bed rest. I have next to no appetite and I am having to force myself to eat and drink to meet my calorie intake. I'm not even sure I met it yesterday. I don't think I did. I have a new pet, and bed rest is hard when I'm making sure she's not using the potty inside instead of outside. Its amusing watching my cat react to a dachshund though. I no longer have a before photo, since my husband erased it before I got to upload it to my computer. This ...

    I am down 1.2 lbs this morning. I feel like I've been hit by a train or worse though to be honest and I'm on bed rest.

  5. P2 Day 24

    I am disappointed in my .2 lbs loss, I re weighed myself yesterday after posting since I hadn't had anything yet and I actually showed a .4 lb loss instead of no loss. I'm feeling icky though so I went ahead and drank a bottle of mag cit since I haven't gone in a while. I am hoping that gets things rolling again.
    I had a very aggravating moment yesterday. I sat down with my husband while he had lunch and ordered an unsweet tea with no ice I figured I could at least have that while out. The ...

    I got very little sleep last night. I didn't cheat, but I'm up .8 lbs today what is with the yo yo weight going on with me lately. Its driving me mad. Oh well. Hopefully tomorrow will be better.

  7. Shrimp dip/salad thing

    Hand full of strawberries (about 6)
    8-10 shrimp
    Half tsp Garam Masala (est)
    Horseradish to taste (prepared from powder to add a little liquid or if you're lucky and find some sugar free prepared use about a tsp)

    I wake this morning extremely tired, due to lack of sleep but very happy since I'm waking to a 2.4 lb loss!! *happy dance* And now for some coffee since its a snow day and I can't sleep in with my son home ^^ Hope everyone has a good Monday

    I am down another pound this morning thankfully. Making total loss with load weight 20 lbs. I prefer my ticker to only show what I've lost from my original start weight, it makes me happier that way so I think I'll stick with it. There is no sun out today, so I think I will lay around and enjoy a lazy Sunday for a good chunk of it anyway.

  10. P2 Day 20

    I am happy to report I am down the pound I was up yesterday. I also feel much better after having finally gotten some sleep. I drank several cups of sleepy time tea and took half a benadryl and managed to sleep in until around 8am. So happy about that.
