Day 6 and more losses

Down another 1.2 kilos this AM. YAY!
Yesterday was a soup day. Beef soup at lunch and chicken soup for dinner.
Chicken Lemon Celery Soup:
500 gr chicken
LOTS of water (I didn't measure)
6 stalks of celery, chopped
1 lemon - juice squeezed in and then toss in the halves)
1/2 lemon juice from the bottle
dried onion
italian spices
salt & pepper
Put everything into a pot and let it simmer for 2 hours. When ready to eat, shred chicken to measure out what you need and add some broth with heaps of celery.
I also made a side of rice to add to it for my husband and he said it was very good.
I've STILL got a nasty nasty nasty cold, which I thank for helping me lose this weight. I can taste nothing, so I have no desire to eat.
I've also divided the drops into 4X a day and I am more careful to not eat before or after for 15-30 mins and I count to 30 when they are in my mouth as best I can.
I *did* use a teensy bit of Tiger Balm yesterday inside my nose to help with my cold. I know TB has HEAPS of oils, but I NEEDED to breathe for a while. I've also been taking Sudafed and Vitamin C tablet (sugar and gluten free ones) to stave off this nasty cold.
As I am down 4.2 kilos (9.2 pounds) since starting Jan 19th, this is encouraging!!![]()
