P3 Day 6

I made it to P3. I was scared at first, but I am ok with it now. I CAN HAVE CHEESE! YES!!!

I made fabulous egg cups this weekend:

12 pieces of deli meat
2-3 eggs
2 lg tomatoes (diced)
6-8 lg mushrooms (diced)
1/2c-3/4c cheese
1/2 avocado (diced)

Spray muffin tin with non-cook spray. Line each cup with a piece of deli meat.
Mix eggs and all veggies and cheese together.
Spoon into each cup.
Bake at 180c/350f for 25 min til firm.
Tasted WAY better the next day. AND I DON'T EVEN LIKE EGGS!!!!!

I seem to be stabilising ok at around 101.9 but would love to lose those last 2 kilos and get under 100kgs for round one.

I am finding that my cravings for things are a bit stronger in P3. I would love to sink myself into a HUGE bag of Darrell Lea licorice.

I wore a shirt on Saturday that 2.5 months ago, I could not (with a good conscience) wear out in public. That made me happy. I *feel* skinnier, even if no one is noticing or saying anything about my shape.

Thankfully, I am back to 100% time at work, so that's keeping me busy Mon-Fri.

I honestly don't think I would have come this far without all the great support and help I have received on this site.

    Almost ready to start P3 myself... I am looking forward to eggs and cheese and peanut butter. I will have to try out your recipe, sounds yummy! Keep in touch!

    P3 is not that bad, really. I find that sticking to a semi-Paleo diet is helping because I need the structure.
