    Today has been a week of eating VLCD. I have lost 15lbs. I gained 8 on loading so I think alot of that weight was not actul weight but a reaction to something I ate. This week I have been eating the same things and being good. I rotate....onions cooked in Coconut oil then adding lean ground beef (favorite), boiled chicken that I either make chicken and lettuce with fake honey mustard dressing or just the chicken with another veggie-I cover the chicken in the honey mustard dressing and call ...

    Original Cream Cheese Frosting Recipe
    4 oz cream cheese
    3 tbsp Stevia or Xylitol(I used Xylitol, as the stevia I buy is in individual packets)
    3 tbsp heavy cream

    Combine cream cheese and Stevia until well blended. Whip in heavy cream until frosting is nice and thick

    Cheesecake
    3 pkg cream cheese (room temp)
    4 eggs (room temp)
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    1 1/2 tsp lemon juice
    1 1/3 c sugar equivalent
    1/4 cup sour cream

    Crust:
    1 cup almond meal (used crushed almonds)
    2 Tlbs. melted butter
    2 tlbs. sugar equivalent

    Preparation:
    Preheat Oven to 375 F

    The only thing I'm not sure about is the calorie limit... 11x my weight would put me over 2600 calories and I'm just not going there. I shoot for 1500 or so.

    This isn't specifically related to cycling, but I'm posting here just so I know where to find it quickly.

    Many people report they are having issues when adding foods back in during P3 and P4. Some attribute this to food allergies or food intolerance. While this may be the case, I also think leaving out groups of foods can lead to digestive problems.     It's great to see everyone doing so well in body and spirit!

    I spent a good part of the day in the P3 thread and gained a huge amount of information about what to do, some fantastic looking recipes, etc. and I thought I'd share one recipe that should satisfy my fellow bread loving friends (Val LOL).
