Just finished day 3, successfully.

I have to admit that it as HARD HARD HARD though! It's not even hunger, I'm not hungry at all. I get hungry, eat protocol food and I'm fine. It's just CRAVINGS that are killing me. I don't even want to talk about what I want because that seems to make it stronger. Or seeing pictures in commercials or on ads online. It sucks. I can't say I was close to giving up, but I definitely thought about it.

I hate that this is so hard. It's not like I'll never be able to eat the foods that I want again, and that's what I keep telling myself. I can't freaking wait until round 2, loading days are going to be ahhh mazing <3

Oh, and this morning my weight was 293.8

I was sooo happy to see that number. 5lbs in one day! Hoping to be under 290 tomorrow

    I am on Day 5 of this diet and I exactly know how you feel! The cravings seem to always be there even if the hunger isn't and its SO annoying! Yesterday I had to give in to an extra orange just so I would not eat heavenly chocolate or chips but I know that refusing to eat such things will be so worth it! Obviously, it has been for you! Way to go girl! FIVE POUNDS!? Really, that's wonderful! It will all be worth it in the end. Even this morning I feel so good because I did not give in. Just be strong and know that this is only one short phase that will not last forever and before you know it, you will be done and a healthier you! Your health comes before cravings! You can do this! One day at a time
