Back again !!!!

Well, I am back again. I do this once a year and do well...but never really do the later phases which leads me back here. AND....I'm good with that.
I started loading 11 days ago and am on day 9 VLCD and have so far lost 14 pounds and 4.5 inches. (I only take measurements once a week) so everything is going smoothly'
Just want to say hi to my old friends Curvygirl63 and AimMee and to hopefully some new friends.

Some delicious food suggestions for those of you who are just starting and bored.....

Stuffed pablano with ground chicken, veal , beef or turkey (You can have green tabasco)
Stuffed bell pepper with chopped mushrooms and ground meat
Taco meat in lettuce leaf
Stuffed cabbage in homemade tomato sauce
lemon chicken with asparagus or spinach! (remember to semi freeze your chicken so that you can slice it really thin!)

Let me just say that I ALWAYS (or almost always) use a quarter of an onion, and minced garlic with most of my meals. Also I use chicken stock to cook in. That means that I mix veggies! For the stuffed pepper for instance I mince 4 mushrooms and the garlic and onion and the meat, cook it in a little stock this the meat is done and the stock is absorbed, season with oregano and lemon, put it in a bell pepper, pour some stock around it, cover it with tin foil and bake in the oven for 45 minutes. So.. not exactly protocol but I have lost in exccess of 26 pounds every time I do a three to four week round and I believe it is because the food tastes great, so I am less likely to cheat. That is just the way I do it.

    Thanks for the food ideas! I'm back for a second round, with experience and a few years under my belt, plus motivation.
    My bf thinks I'm "so creative" (he's doing hcg too), but really I blog stalk people like you who have creative ideas to share.

    This is my fourth round in as many years, I do one a year... I have always gotten so bored after the first week so have to think "out of the box". My sister did hcg and was stifled after 8 or so days...but that is because she couldn't think of anything else to eat. Once I made the stuffed cabbage, or lemon chicken......she stuck to it. I know I mix veggies but i lost 28, 35 (but that round I did for 28 days) 25.6 and now this round so I don't think it hurts that much! Let me know your favorite thing to make so we can breeze through P2 together!!!! Good Luck
