First week done!!!!!!!!!

Rate this Entry
First week is in the books! While I don't get on the scale because I gauge my weight by how my clothes fit, i did lose 6 inches in the first week!

I am 5'9" and weight about 180, so I have about 20 to 25 pounds to lose to be VERY comfortable and 30- 35 to be at a fantastic weight (for me) but seeing as I am 57 years old, I don't think I will be in the "fantastic" category any time soon. For now......a 6 inch loss (3 inches in my stomach and 3 in my hips) is FANTASTIC in and of itself!

thanks mraven99 It is so exciting when you see that someone commented! It just kinda reassures you that you are traveling through this journey together!!!! Besides I would make more enemies if I also told everyone that I took a couple of mile walk on a beautiful beach because it was 81 degrees here today!!!!! so we'll just stick to the HCG facts! Hehehehe

Fantastic! It sure is motivating to keep on the protocol when you can see results like that. I admire you for not jumping on the scale, as what truly matters, in my opinion, is inches. Kudos to you!

thanks ttaylor!!! It is tempting to get on the scale but I care more about how I feel and how my clothes fit rather than a number and I know approx where that number is! And it is not that bad, (for me) but it it is higher than I think it may upset me and make me depressed OR it it is lower then it might make me feel better and perhaps suggest that I don't need to work so hard. Since I don't want either of those feelings, I will resist the scale and carry on! I am excited to see next weeks tape measure....i think! hehehe
